Vision Soccer Training

Get a head start on the other teams in the area this season with a week long intensive team training camp. Our team training camps focus on technical skills, offensive and defensive tactics, functional training and individual/team fitness.

Training Topics Include

Technical Training

• Fast footskill dribbling excercises
• 1v1 advanced moves and turns
• Passing & Receiving
• Shooting & Finishing

Tactical Concepts

• Team shape (offense & defense)
• Possession play
• Combination play
• Team movement
• Switching the point of attack
• Low and High pressure defending

Functional Training

• We will use various functional exercises to improve overall team play and the quality of play from players in each position.

Fitness Training

• Aerobic and Anearobic training exercises
• Advanced speed ladder training
• Plyometrics and agility work

Training Camp Details & Costs

15 hours high quality instruction (Mon - Fri, 3 hours daily)
Pre-camp meeting to discuss goals/objectives
End of week team/player evaluation
Only $105.00 per player (minimum 13 players) - Save $15 per player on regular soccer camp price!
