WHO WE ARE: Vision Soccer Training has been operating youth soccer and futsal programs throughout the greater Sacramento area for over 10 years. Our coaching staff works with youth players ranging in age from 3 to 18, and ranging in skill level from beginner to advanced, high-level comp players. Our coaching staff is comprised of men and women, from the US and the UK, with high levels of coaching and playing expierence. The most important skill that our coaches have is an enthusiasm and passion for the sport and for teaching the sport to youth players. Our goal is to provide children of all ages and abilities with the highest quality soccer training. We work hard to ensure that all participants develop their skills and knowledge of the game as much as possible during our tuition. Participants are continually challenged through the use of specially design games and exercises which will help dramatically improve both technical skills and their tactical knowledge of the game.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Professional coaching staff who meet the minimum qualifications (see the minimum qualifications box to the right)& those that demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm for the sport, professional demeanor, and a high level of responsibility. All coaching staff will coach all program levels, from beginner to advanced. Coaching staff must be familiar and capable of coaching to a high-level of skill within the youth soccer program. Coaches must be comfortable and/or willing to learn coaching techniques specific to age and ability of participants, including those at a very young age.

  • Gain experience working within the youth soccer program, with a variety of ages, skill levels, and group dynamics.
  • Guidance from Head Coaches on curriculum development and training sessions.
  • Opportunity to practice and develop the sports training techniques you have learned through your studies.
  • Manage the training and development of your own competitive and recreational teams, including curriculum development.
  • Opportunity to learn from your peers and head coaches during weekly coaches training sessions.
  • When available, opportunities to attend large-scale coaches training programs in the northern California region.


  • Opportunities to gain experience in business development and sports management.
  • Coordinate, deliver, and promote relevant activities, classes and events.
  • Staff are encouraged to identify sport and recreation initiatives and opportunities and to work with the CEO and coaching staff for implementation.
  • Gain experience evaluating and monitoring activities and projects using performance indicators; maintaining records and producing written reports.
  • Develop experience liaising with local and regional sporting representatives and organizations.
  • Progressive responsibilities within the business, based on performance.

Minimum Quals:

  • NSCAA National Diploma or Equivilant
  • 2 Years Coaching Experience
  • Full Driving License
  • US College Playing Experience
